Cozy and happy stay

There is dancing during breakfast which is a surprise. Overall the hotel is neat and clean.

breakfast is okay, I stayed 3 nights and each morning I had different kinds of taste none of it same as I ate the day before. They also provide a herbal drink, I love it.

A good place for a short stay

Good enough for the price I paid. The room is modern and design was nice. Good wifi. Pretty clean.

The room was clean enough, but there are molds here and there. Should be easy to remove it. Water around the toilet, I think it from the bidet. Should have been cleaned and dried before guess come in. the small pillows smells. Worn towels.

Good stay. Everything is up to level of expectation.

Breakfast provide variety of choices. Room is clean and very practical for work

Location is opposite of mall and mall in front of hotel is under big renovation so for this moment i would recommend to stay at Novotel if budget is enough.

The hotel clean n room quite big. Location good

I requested hotel car to airport. But when I need it, they said the car was used by marketing. So no more car. But in Pekanbaru can use grab, fortune too grab more cheaper than hotel fee for journey to airport.

The breakfast room and food is good.

The breakfast room and food is good. That’s the only good thing about my experience at this Fox hotel.

The bathroom was so poorly maintained. The toilet was filthy. I stayed for 3 nights. Day 1: toilet dirty, stained bed sheet, crumbles on floor. Day 2: hair balls on floor, stained floor, toilet dirty. I asked for toilet cleaning. Day 3: turned out the toilet is still dirty, only seat was cleaned. Before heading out for work, I reported to reception. Showed the photos of all the problems. Left a card to replace the sheet on the bed. I returned from work at 9pm, found fruit basket with a bowl of water and sliced lime...confused what it’s for and found hairballs on the floor, bedsheet is not changed, toilet is slightly cleaned, but they hardly touched anything else. I had to report the reception again who promised to get the supervisor to come. The cleaner came but no supervisor. I called again and the supervisor showed up. After i complained and showed everything...he offered to clean everything at 9:30 pm . He mentioned that the bowl with slice lime is maybe for me to wash my hands...i told him, my hands are clean, but the bathroom is dirty. I’ve been in the field since 7am and had to be up at 5am the next day. So i decided to not take the offer. Never stay at Fox, if you have to, avoid room 501.

Bicycle Unfriendly hotel

Nice and clean room.

Security was making a big problem of me parking a bicycle outside, next to the entrance. The wanted me to park at the motorcycle parking of the mall. A 40 million bicycle. Very unprofesional security. Asking personal questions all the time. Breakfast not good. Bad tasting nescafe in the provence of coffee? What went wrong with Fox?

Good enough - but will search for other options next time.

We didn't get breakfast. The location was good. The hotel was modern. The internet worked okay. The bed was comfy and the sleep was good. The neighbourhood wasn't too noisy.

The staff took a long time to get all of our rooms ready and only one was available within 30 minutes of our stated arrival time. This was disappointing as we were in a large group with both a baby and an elderly women who were tired from travelling. Also, the staff didn't notify us when the other rooms were available. I think it would be wise for the hotel to reflect on how it greets and arranges rooms for larger parties.

good hotel but few drawbacks .not a sound proof rooms.

clean rooms and good breakfast.

its not sound proof we can hear noises from other room. my passport proof documents where publicly displayed and they are using it to note down breakfast guest details.when i found out and questioned them .they said sorry.personal data is not protected by the hotel and there is a chance of misusing our details.

-spacious rooms -late check out -Nice team

-Drains are extremely smelly. So smelly that I had to keep their air freshner in my room. -Noise noise noise! Noise next door, noise in the corridor! I couldn't sleep! -Spa. We booked ,and once we reached they said they were fully booked! We went back to our room only to be told to come back. Once in the spa, the ladies started talking while doing the massage. I had to ask them to stay quiet. Which they kindly agreed to. But ,why speak in a relaxing moment?? Before we even started one of the masseuse was speaking loudly on the phone along the corridor, while she knows there are clients in the rooms.
